Lashes FAQs
This is my first eyelash extension, what do I need to do prior to appointment?
Patch tests are required for clients who have not gotten lash extensions before. We will offer a 24hr patch tests for all clients. However, you may sign the consultation form if you are happy to go ahead with the treatment.
If there is any discomfort after patch test, please call back straight away.
How should I visit the salon?
When visiting the salon for your appointment please come with no makeup. Contact lens will also need to be removed but this can be put back on after treatment.
Feel free to bring your earphones if you’d like to listen to your own music. Please note, no kids are allowed.
Can I use normal skincare products?
Yes, as long as you avoid applying oil-based products directly on to the lash extensions. Eye creams in particular must be used with care. If in doubt, check the product label!
We also recommend using lash shampoo, this can be bought in our salon.
How long does eyelash extension last?
This depends on your eyelash treatment. Generally 2-3 weeks. After this time, most lashes will have fallen with the natural lashes. To keep lashes looking their best, it is recommended to have regular infill treatments every 2 – 3 weeks and to follow the aftercare your technician recommends.
When should I get infills?
Infills must be within 3 weeks & if you have 50% or more lashes left. Please note: I do not do infill on other people’s work.
How do I take care of my lashes?
Wash gently with lash shampoo and cool water, please avoid picking or fiddling with your lashes. We also recommended to sleep in flat pillow.
Can I wear eyelash extensions if i wear contact lenses?
We recommend you remove contact lenses for the duration of the treatment, but after that you can wear them as normal.
Waxing tips

Please ensure your body hair body is long enough for wax prior to booking. The ideal length for waxing is about 1/4 inch to 1/2 an inch (0.5 cm to 1.5 cm).
Do not book appointment If you have skin rashes or sunburn.
Intimate waxing
Prior to your treatment have a shower for freshness and to relax. We also recommend exfoliation the night before as this removes dead skin build up aiding in easier and more thorough removal.

Use body scrub after shower + body oil to prevent in-grown hair
