Booking appointment

Booking online is the easiest and most reliable way for you to get an appointment as sometimes (when we're busy) it's not always possible for us to answer the phone. All you have to do is click the ‘book appointment’. Your booking will be confirmed by email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of making an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to make sure that your appointment has been booked.

Payment

We take cash and bank transfer after your treatment.

Cancellation policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, which means we need at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment if you want to cancel or reschedule.

Lateness

Please inform us if you are going to be late for your appointment so we can do our best to accommodate you in the time you have remaining.

Patch test

It is a requirement for all new clients to have a patch test prior to their appointment. Please book a free appointment for the patch test online. Appointments cannot go ahead without a patch test completed.

Lash Infills 

When booking a lash top up please ensure that you have at least 40% of your lashes left.
